  : $25 a day resort fee$30 a day valetBabies in the hot tub ALL DAY!!! Impossible to be socially distanced because there were up to 6 children under the age of 4 (by the looks) and up to 5 adults at 1 time!!!! When I mentioned it to security they said management didn’t ask them to enforce the age minimum (12 years). Checked in to a filthy room, were moved for 1 night and then moved back. Keys didn’t work to either room the next day, so we got stuck in the hall With all of our luggage for over an hour. This took up about a day of our vacation. Between being moved and displaced. Not to mention having to unpack and repack to move. Coffee machine was broken. I was told that they would bring a new one up. 2 days later we checked out and no coffee machine ever showed up. Garbage disposal was brokenThe was 1 set remote controls for 2 TVs in 2 different roomsMirrored Bedside table was brokenPatio furniture was missing

  : It took over an hour waiting in line to get checked in which was well past the check in time. There were 3 clerks at two desks but only one was checking people in who booked through a 3rd party. The cleaning person was not finished cleaning when we finally got into our unit. There were only 4 elevators for the entire 40 story building and we had to walk up and down the 16 flights of stairs everyday numerous times with a one and three year old.

  : Warning !!!! You should not rent from this company. They dont care how they’re units look like , carpet was full of staines and smelled bad ,so does the couch , dirty cups in cabinets ,damaged outdoor fruniture , and in general it seemed like they dont do anything to take care of the apt , everything is in rough shape .Horrible Experience and the hotel stuff wouldnt help because does are privately owned units .
